ORAL PRESENTATIONS

A PC equipped with Windows OS, MS PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader is available in the Auditorium. Presentations can be uploaded directly in the Auditorium with the support of the technical staff using a USB device before the start of the sections or during the breaks. Presentations should be prepared in 16:9 slide format.

We kindly invite all speakers to strictly adhere to the allocated time for the oral presentations (20 min including 3-5 min for discussion).

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The posters will be presented in the Grecale room during the poster sessions scheduled on Monday 16^th June (poster session 1) and on Tuesday 17^th June (poster session 2).  The posters can be mounted in the morning of each poster session and must be removed at the end of the poster session. Please bring your printed poster to the conference centre (no printing onsite available).

The size of the posters should be of 0,85 m width and 1,2 m height (DIN A0).

There is no specific format for the poster. The author’s name and affiliation and the title of the paper must be indicated in the poster.
