The maximum number of participants in the EMCR 2025 symposium is limited to 110. Registration requests will not be taken after the maximum number of participants is reached.

EMCR 2025 registration:

• Access to conference presentations (oral and poster) and exhibition
• Accommodation in single room/double room for single use (according to room availability) from Sunday 15.06.2025 to Thursday 19.06.2025.
• Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners
• Welcome reception on Sunday 15.06.2025
• Gala dinner on Wednesday 18.06.2025
• Visit to the Glass Museum in Murano on Wednesday 18.06.2025

Accompanying persons:

• Accommodation in double room from Sunday 15.06.2025 to Thursday 19.06.2025.
• Breakfasts and dinners during the conference
• Welcome reception on Sunday 15.06.2025
• Gala dinner on Wednesday 18.06.2025
• Visit to the Glass Museum in Murano on Wednesday 18.06.2025

Room availability

A total of 110 rooms will be available for EMCR 2025 participants. Rooms will be assigned according to the date of registration. The registration procedure will be closed after the available rooms will be completely reserved (regardless of the deadlines for EMCR 2025 registration). Room availability will be continuously updated on the conference website.
